Barcelona Diaries!

In November, I visited Barcelona in celebration of my mothers birthday. We visited Barcelona two weeks after Milan so obviously comparing the two was inevitable.

Site seeing and shopping in Barcelona was nothing like Milan of course but the food and interior architecture was beyond astounding.

We stayed at the modernist Hotel Hesperia Tower. This was probably the most fun part. The building itself is a real city landmark complete with stylish rooms, fabulous glass-roof cupola and full of luxurious and stylish interiors.

What makes this hotel truly amazing is the fact that it was designed by British architect, Richard Rogers – the man behind the Pompidou Center in Paris.you can only imagine the high-tech and luxury!
