Early summer, I had a short weekend break to Madrid. You hear about the city's elegant boulevards and expansive, manicured parks such as the Buen Retiro. You never truly understand how elegant this city is until you visit it.
All of my visits in 2016 have been short & sweet which has left me wanting to explore even more. We stayed at the amazing Eurosuites Suites Mirrasierra which was an exceptional contemporary hotel. The hotel was truly elegant!
I didn't get to tour Madrid as much as I should have so I am hoping to pay the city another visit in the summer. One thing I loved the most about Madrid was the night life. We visited the most glamorous rooftop bar in Madrid called The Roof which is found inside the Melia Hotel.
The Roof boasts a luxurious design that is reflective of the urban culture of the capital. I absolutely loved the glamorous and dazzling ambience at The Roof. The spectacular views of the city and most importantly the pool in the middle of the terrace was the icing on the cake! Totally gorgeous.
On our second night, we dined at The Eurostars Madrid Towers. The restaurant called Volvoreta is located on the 30th floor and boasts panoramic views across the magnificent city.
